The relevance of this article is determined by the fact that the state cannot cope with high turbulence of events associated with pervasive changes in all spheres of our society. And because the state is divided into three sectors state–business–civil society (third sector), the function of the state is to establish effective cooperation and dialogue between these sectors. Therefore, the state should search for such forms of operation between sectors, which will affect the effectiveness of social development and economic growth of the population, which are indicators of stable reproduction of the economy. Since the forms and methods of cooperation change, and then change the categorical apparatus that makes such cooperation. The author used the following research methods as analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, the scientific abstractions, historical method. The aim of the article is to study existing forms of cooperation between the three sectors in the country and its impact on the development of social and economic relations. The deepening of the essence of the tripartite partnership between the state–business–"third sector", a description of the relevance of such a partnership between the total reform of the economy and implementation of the best international standards in the Ukrainian economy are the results of the study. The novelty lies in the justification of the stages of evolution of the category of the tripartite partnership between the state–business–"third sector". The author has highlighted the importance of tripartite partnership for the development of an efficient society in Ukraine, as well as the mechanisms of interaction between the three sectors in the state, with which it is possible to achieve a positive result in the construction of effective Ukrainian society.
