It has been stipulated in the article that businesses today are forced to work in extremely difficult macroeconomic conditions and the issue of state support is now urgent. However, in the light of current realities threat to national security increases, which complicates the work of economic agents, which are thus on the verge of financial breakdown. In the context of the highlighted problems, the purpose of the article is to explore the nature of external and internal threats and their impact on the economic performance of the state before and after the process of occupation of the country east and Crimea. During study conventional methods in economics have been used: abstract, logical, statistical, economic, system analysis, a group of methods of economic and mathematical modeling. According to the results of the analysis of national security parameters it has been defined that the economy and the business are subject to the slightest vibrations of all components of the environment and fear any change. Political, social, environmental and economic spaces have, in general, negative manifestation. On the basis of such categories study as political, social, economic and technological factors, matrix of PEST analysis has been formed. The vector of relationships have been proposed to make on a cartoon basis: the east-west-south. The analysis of national security indicators give reason to propose implementation of reforms of institutional and economic nature, which will weaken the pressure on businesses and revive economic activity in the country. Scientific novelty of the results consists in the development, justification of the concept of integrated management system of national security, which forms the economic conditions for the operation and development of enterprises in Ukraine and the development of scientific and methodological approaches and practical recommendations on forming mechanisms for its implementation. The practical significance of the results is that formulated and proposed methodological approaches, proposals and conclusions can be used to solve actual problems of crisis management at the state policy level and in practice of national enterprises. Further prospective of research is to assess the impact of the occupation processes on the economic security of the country and the prospects for economic recovery.
