Abstract
The aim of the article is to compare the methods for determining the perspective outsourcing locations and identification of the main criteria on which the customer will pay attention choosing manufacturing outsourcer. The methods of analysis and synthesis and theoretical generalization have been used in the study. The results of the study are comparison of the methods for determining of outsourcing locations. The Top 100 Outsourcing Destinations by Tholons agency, Global Outsourcing Index and Future Outsourcing Index developed by Minevich M., Richter F.J., IT Outsourcing Review have been investigated, CEEOA has been developed. Assessment of attractiveness of the region as an outsourcer should be primarily based on the balance of indicators such as order execution risks in the country and its cost. Special attention should be paid to the availability of human resources, transport infrastructure and communications, the overall development of the country. The customer placing orders for manufacturing outsourcing will be interested in the quality of manufactured products and low risk. Formation of the country as a successful manufacturing outsourcing will take place if it has industrialized regions, cities - centers of innovation, characterized by a large number of industrial enterprises and research institutions; effective public support; developed business environment in the country and its regions. The scientific novelty is the definition of basic criteria drawing the attention of the customer choosing outsourcing services provider; key recommendations for the identification of the country as a manufacturing outsourcer. The practical significance of this research is that it can be useful in determining the attractiveness of the region as a provider of outsourcing services. The prospects for further research. Generalized information about the evaluation methods of attractiveness of the regions as providers of outsourcing services and the identification of the country as the manufacturing outsourcer can become the basis for the development of the methodology of the country selection as a manufacturing outsourcing.
