The Social Principles in the Management of Business Activities

Abstract

In modern conditions of business with achieving high economic results it is also important to ensure social effect, thereby increasing the level of welfare of society. Therefore, the use of social principles in the management of business activities and dissemination practices of social responsibility in modern conditions economic development of Ukraine is important and requires special attention. The purpose of the article is to disclose the nature of social management principles in business activities and their practical application for improving social responsibility in the current economic conditions. The methodological basis of preparation and writing became general scientific methods of scientific knowledge of reality, which is associated with complex processes management system business in the current economic conditions, namely the method of systematic approach, analysis and synthesis method comparison, inductive-deductive approach, historical approach tabular method etc. The social principles in the management of business activities have been considered and the models of business social responsibility have been analyzed in the article and how to apply them in modern conditions economic development of Ukraine. The proper functioning of any system depends on the principles used in the management of this system and without which it cannot fulfill its purpose. Thus, the social principles in the management of business activities should occupy one of the primary places as the purpose of business is not only profit, but also achieve social impact that will promote social well-being of society. Achieving social impact in the management of business activity reflects the level of social responsibility as a moral and ethical responsibility of companies for the quality level of products, services (works) and create a harmonious environment for relations between employees, partners, customers and society and the state generally in solving social problems. Further scientific study requires a decision on creation of favorable organizational and legal conditions to encourage corporate social responsibility and its effective implementation, using all methods and mechanisms.
