The aim of the article is to reveal the possibilities of introduction of innovative model of sustainable economic development in the current conditions of transformational change. In this paper, the use of the dialectical method has made it possible to study occurring phenomenon of globalization processes and their role in modern society development. Targeted approach, within the framework of an integrated, sustainable development has revealed dependence on the principles of innovation orientation of economic relations. The statistical and comparative analysis made it possible to analyze the relationship of innovation and financial components of the formation of scientific and technological progress as basis of the innovative model of development. We characterize the processes of globalization, as significant global trends causing orientation of the economic development of the planet. The role of the state in carrying out fundamental changes, its functional purpose and aspirations in the new economic conditions have been designated. The world trends of uneven economic development have been shown which increase, exacerbating the uneven spread of new technologies and knowledge, leading to delamination of the world population. The existing problems of enterprises have been revealed which do not give them the opportunity to change the current state, to innovate, modernize, actively enter the world market. The practice of supporting the development of the economies of the Asia-Pacific region, legal support, forms of support, the financial component of economic activity have been analyzed. The features of the activities of venture capital campaigns have been defined, the intensity of the funding for research in developed countries has been shown. The ratio of state expenditures and entrepreneurs in the implementation of innovative projects, the intensity of investment in research and development have been considered. The features of the level of research intensity in Ukraine have been considered, its needs in financial support of scientific and technological progress, the policy of state support for the competitiveness of national enterprises, showing the direction of the address stimulate investments. The mechanisms and approaches to improve economic results of promising sectors of the Ukrainian economy have been grounded, the possibility of expanding the financial services market, as a new form of systemically important financial relationships has been offered. Measures of state support for promising activities for the processes of reproduction of the national economy have been disclosed. The introduction of innovative model of development will allow for transformational change in the mechanism of management in line with the economic laws, based on a combination of theoretical and empirical approaches that determines operating time of new scientific knowledge, thereby causing the prospects for future research.
