Abstract
The purpose of the article is to study and identify the weakness of the hotel business in Ukraine, and to make justification of hotel's development perspective via better organization of work with corporate clients. To solve the objectives which were raised, following scientific research methods have been used in the article: analytical and synthetical; structural and logical; statistical and mathematic-economical. Main methods to improve the Hotel organization of work with corporate clients have been summarized here. Specific measures have been proposed to be implemented in the following directions: implementation of different search systems for corporate clients search, and providing information about the hotel and availability of rooms, work with GDS systems (Global Distribution System), cooperation with agencies, personal relationship with the company representatives; various PR-actions to form the image of the hotel; flexible pricing strategy and discounts on accommodation; early arrivals or late departures free of charge; individual approach to each client (the willingness to solve the problems which might appear, different gifts, small souvenirs, points, loyalty programs, a warm personal attitude); conducting MICE-events (providing with a site for the conference, technical maintenance and service, catering services for conference participants). Scientific innovation of the research. In the given article the current state of the hotel business in the complicated political, social and economic circumstances in Ukraine has been reviewed and investigated. Perspectives and problems of Hotel enterprises development have been investigated. Importance of the factors which are ensuring competiveness of the Hotel has been highlighted. The improvement methods of work organization in the field of the services promotion and in particular for the corporate business clients have been suggested. Prospects for further research. Renewal and some recovery in the business sector and the field of conferences has allowed to recognize the work with corporate clients as perspective for development of the hotel enterprises. Therefore the search for the best methods of organization of work with corporate clients is an important direction for further research.
