System Management Exhibition Activities as Security of Enterprise Exhibitors

Abstract

The aim of the article is to highlight the essence and content management system concept of exhibition activity of the exhibitor companies. The theoretical and methodological basis of scientific research is the work of scientists on the management of the enterprise exhibition. The role and importance of developing effective management systems of exhibition activities of industrial enterprises have been substantiated. Equally important in extending the life cycle of enterprise management system has exponent exhibition activities. It has been proved that the use of the system will enable to determine priorities of exhibition activity management and predict the livelihoods and sustainability of the enterprise. The structure of strategic management exhibition activities enterprise has been offered in the study. It has been determined that implementation of the concept of strategic management by the exhibitor is possible when it is strategically oriented. The essence of «system of exhibition activities management of company-exhibitor» and the feasibility of its application in the enterprise have been substantiated. The flowchart of exhibition activities management of the company has been designed. The proposed block diagram provides opportunities for companies to identify the main stages and their relationship with the formation of the management of the enterprise-exhibitor. Scientific novelty consists in definition of the theoretical positions of exhibition activities management system of the company and development of the structure of the strategic management of the enterprise-exhibitor. The design of recommendations for application of flowchart exhibition management of the company-exhibitor contributes to lengthening the life cycle of the company. The results of research aimed at solving the problem of providing development of enterprise-exponent that describes the ability to form a system of economic relations between the subjects of management processes regarding management decisions that will ensure the economic development of the company-exhibitor required for improving its image. Further studies involve identifying deficiencies and approaches to the implementation of management system of the enterprise-exhibitor. Using the system of management of the enterprise exhibitor, allows responding to the stages of its life cycle to prevent the economic crisis and create favorable conditions for the development of the company.
