Abstract
The introduction of modern informational systems in regions of Ukraine is an important component in the state policy implementation of informatization of the country and providing more autonomy to the regions. The article is devoted to the development of new practices in formation and implementation of a regional informational system of resource supply, which in turn will affect the improvement of the economic security of the territory and ensure its sustainability. During the investigation the general (analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction) and specific (methods of statistical analysis, expert opinions method, the method of comparison) methods of economic processes cognition at regional level have been used. The concept of regional informational system and informational system of resource support management of the region has been generalized. The existence of effective informational system in the region have been highlighted, which makes the region competitive and create favorable conditions for investments; as well as the priorities of the regional informational system have been defined. The necessity of the application of new approaches to the development of information system of resource provision has been substantiated. It has been concluded that, the integrated approach to the formation of informational system resources to ensure economic security and sustainable development of the region allows to: create a system of informational resources formation in accordance with the needs of the regional administration and local government and other users of statistical information; develop a system of statistical indicators and methods of statistical observation of economic agents, regardless of their activity; ensure comparison of statistic indices at inter-agency, inter-regional and interstate informational exchange; use financial, tax, customs, banking and other data when forming complex information statistical database of regional system resource supply. Further research will be aimed at building intellectual decision support system for the management of regional resources, which aims to automatize the collection, processing and decision-making processes and is intended not only to provide state agencies and local governments, as well as all interested businesses and institutions of different ownership with information about regional resources, but also for management decisions, that will contribute to the rational and the most efficient use.
