Abstract
A research purpose is an analysis of basic features of motivation of creative labour, exposure of factors, and consideration of key differences in concepts «creation» and «creativity»; determination of structural constituents and research of realization possibilities of accumulated and development of new motivational tool to stimulation of creative labour. Research methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, approach of the systems. It has been found during research, that increase of demand on skilled labour force in all of regions of Ukraine and growing activity of the foreign programs in search of creative personalities and migratory program «washing out» creative potential for providing growth of economies of the developed countries is an index that exactly creative personalities are the engine of the economic growth of the country. It has been grounded in this connection, that on different levels of creative labour management different groups of reasons, stimuli and factors will influence on staff. It has been proven that the increase of indexes of creative capabilities of personnel causes possibility easily and quickly to master the specific activity in an innovative environment, that allows providing its functioning in a long-term prospect. It is necessary to mark the expedience of the system approach to development of measures on stimulation creative activity on different levels of management of national economy: microeconomic, macroeconomic, regional and individuals. Only complex realization of measures on stimulation of creative labour at all levels of management, development and introduction of effective economic mechanism of motivation of creative labour will result in the increase of creative activity in Ukraine. Perspective for subsequent researches is a search of other ways and methods of direct and indirect stimulation to creation and exposure of such motivational factors, characteristic for the workers of innovative organizations.
